Our Story
Kind Neighbour was inspired by our experience caring for an aging parent. With a constant rotation of support workers and multiple contractors, each with different schedules, terms, and prices, managing our aging parent's daily needs was overwhelming. Balancing their care with career and a busy family life was even harder.
Without reliable support, we had to move our parent into a senior residence earlier than we should have, incurring significant expense and disrupting his independence.
We created Kind Neighbour to change that. Our services focus on aging in place, providing seniors with a single trusted support partner for their daily needs—so they can remain in their homes longer, stay connected to family and community, and enjoy independence.
